This study aims to determine the difference in the level of accuracy of the results of the refractive examination
with the objective method and the subjective method. The research method used is qualitative with an
observational descriptive approach with literature studies and data processing of objective and subjective
refraction examination results. This research was conducted at Raffo optics, Sukabumi, Jawabarat. The
research subjects used were Raffo optic patient data who performed objective and subjective refraction
examinations. The results showed that there were differences in the accuracy of the refractive examination
results from the objective method and the subjective method. Based on the results of this study, it can be
concluded that the subjective method of examination is more accurate on the patient's eye vision.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat akurasi hasil pemeriksaan refraksi dengan
metode obyektif dan metode subyektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan
pendekatan deskriptif observasional dengan studi literarur dan pengolahan data hasil pemeriksaan refraksi
obyektif dan subyektif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di optik Raffo kota Sukabumi Jawabarat. Subjek penelitian
yang digunakan adalah data pasien optic Raffo yang melakukan pemeriksaan refraksi obyektif dan subyektif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya perbedaan tingkat akurasi hasil pemeriksaan refraksi metode obyektif
dan metode subyektif . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan pemeriksaan metode
subyektif lebih akurat terhadap visus mata pasien.
