This study aims to compare the accuracy of the refractive examination results subjectively using a phorofter
with a trial lens set (trial frame) at Arya Bekasi optics. The population in this study were all patients with refractive
errors and were examined subjectively using a phorofter and trial lens set (trial frame). This type of research is
descriptive analytic with a comparative design. The sampling system used in this study is a document research method
from the same source, namely all customers who are examined at Arya optics. Analysis of hypothesis testing using SPSS
version 23, which resulted: the accuracy of the refraction examination using a phorofter was more appropriate
according to the required correction size, for the phorofter deficiency correction value was the same as the trial frame
and for the excess correction value, the trial lens set was smaller than the phorofter.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan ketepatan hasil pemeriksaan refraksi secara subjektif
menggunakan phorofter dengan trial lens set (bingkai uji coba) di optik Arya Bekasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini
adalah seluruh penderita yang mengalami kelainan refraksi dan diperiksa secara subjektif menggunakan phorofter
dan trial lens set (bingkai uji coba). Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan disain perbandingan. Sistem
pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dokumen dari sumber yang sama
yaitu semua pelanggan yang diperiksa di optik Arya . Analisis pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SPSS versi 23, yang
menghasilkan: ketepatan pemeriksaan refraksi menggunakan phorofter lebih tepat sesuai ukuran koreksi yang
dibutuhkan, untuk nilai koreksi kekurangan phorofter sama dengan trial frame dan untuk nilai koreksi kelebihan, trial
lens set lebih kecil dari phorofter.
