Many variations of spectacle make customers have many choices. This study aims to answer the problems ini Optical Refraction related to spectacle frames for customers. This research was conducted by interview method with jenuh sampling. This research was conducted at Optik Siloam Green Garden. The result is the main consideration in spectacle selection is the frame model. The frame model is the most important factor when the customer chooses a spectacle. This result doesn’t match the hypothesis where the price is the main factor in order to choosing the frame.

Banyaknya variasi frame kacamata membuat pelanggan memiliki banyak pilihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab permasalahan di dunia Refraksi Optisi yang berkaitan dengan frame kacamata (spectacle) bagi pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode wawancara dengan sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Optik Siloam Green Garden. Hasilnya, pertimbangan utama dalam pemilihan frame adalah model frame. Model frame menjadi faktor terpenting saat customer memilih sebuah frame. Hasil ini tidak sesuai hipotesis dimana harga menjadi factor utama pemilihan frame.
