This sclentifu paper wims to describe how the constraints of making glasses on E-commerce consumers. In the
munufucture ef E-commerce glasses requires several documents that must he completed by l-commerce consumers,
sufficient stock supplies, expert facets. The purpose of this research is to find out and overcome the obstacles in
making glasses for E-commerce consumers. This paper uses a quantitative method by toking documents, namely chat
and comments at the international optical shopee, and interviews with facet staff, with a sample of10 consumers in the
period January - March 2022. Based on documents and data processing, manyconsumers do not understand what
documents which must he equipped in order to get good glasses in E-commerce. Constraints faced hy facet workers
are that there is no attached recipe, the size ofthe attached recipe is incomplete, so it takes extra time to communicate
with consumers in order to get the right and complete size.
Karya tulis ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana kendala pembuatan kacamata pada
konsumen E-commerce. Dalam pembuatan kacamata Ecommerce memerlukan beberapa dokumen yang
harus dilengkapi oleh konsumen Ecommerce, persediaan stok yang cukup, tenaga faset yang ahli. Tujuan
penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mengatasi kendala pembuatan kacamata pada konsumen Ecommerce.
Karya tulis ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengambil dokumen yaitu chat dan komentar di
shopee optik internasional, dan wawancara kepada tenaga faset, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 10
konsumen pada periode Januari - Maret 2022. Berdasarkan dokumen dan pengolahan data, konsumen
banyak yang belum memahami dokumen apa yang harus dilengkapi supaya bisa mendapatkan kacamata
yang baik di Ecommerce. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh tenaga faset adalah tidak ada resep yang
dilampirkan, ukuran resep yang dilampirkan tidak lengkap, sehingga membutuhkan extra waktu untuk
berkomunikasi dengan konsumen supaya mendapatkan ukuran yang sesuai dan lengkap.
