This study aims to determine the effectiveness of sales during the covid -19 pandemic through e-commerce sxxxe at Optik Queen Senen Jaya in the period April to May 2020 and the period July 2021. This study uses operational definitions and hypothesis sampling systems using purposive sampling techniques, porposive sampling is a sampling technique from the research population based on certain characteristics and characteristics to achieve research objectives. The first step is an interview with the Sxxxe admin who handled sales, and the second step compare all order history received by Sxxxe e-commerce, against offline optical bookkeeping at Optik Queen. The results of this study indicate that the e-commerce sxxxe is very effective in selling at Optik Queen during the covid-19 pandemic where all shopping centers are temporarily closed. Hopefully this research becomes “reading material” for optical entrepreneurs so they can take advantage of any kind of e-commerce platforms so that it can help sales during a pandemic or even during normal circumstances in the future.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penjualan dimasa pandemi covid -19 melalui e-commerce sxxxe pada Optik Queen senen jaya pada periode bulan april sampai mei 2020 dan periode bulan juli 2021. Penelitian ini mengunakan defenisi operasional dan hipotesis sistem pengambilan sample mengunakan teknik purposif sampling,porposive sampling adalah teknik pengambilan sample dari populasi penelitian yang didasarkan atas ciri-ciri dan suatu karakteristik tertentu untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian.Langkah pertama adalah wawancara terhadap admin Sxxxe yang menangani penjualan,dan langkah kedua membandingkan semua riwayat pesanan yang diterima e-commerce sxxxe,terhadap pembukuan optik offline pada Optik Queen.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-commerce sxxxe sangat efektif terhadap penjualan Optik Queen dimasa pandemi covid-19 dimana semua pusat perbelanjaan ditutup sementara.semoga penelitian ini menjadi bahan bacaan untuk para pengusaha optik agar bisa memanfaatkan e-commerce apa pun agar dapat membantu penjualan dimasa pandemi atau pun saat keadaan normal kedepan nya.
